The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law “On amendments to article 287 of the Customs Code of Ukraine” (re establishment and functioning of industrial parks)

The bill (Reg. No. 2084) aims at refining the mechanism of import to the territory of Ukraine facilities, equipment and completion materials designed for realization of projects on establishment of industrial parks and realization of investment projects within industrial parks.
